The building's charm really stood out with its beautiful courtyards. My superior double room offered ample space and lovely views of nearby rooftops. The walk-in shower impressed me. Breakfast on the patio was good, with fresh fruits and baked goods that set a positive tone for the day. Staff were consistently friendly and offered great tips for exploring Arles. I also noticed the room had a musty smell that lingered , which detracted from the otherwise enjoyable ambiance. Despite these drawbacks, the location was excellent, awesome for easy access to local attractions.

Charming historic building with unique architectural details.
Unfortunately, the walls in my room were very thin, which led to a rather noisy neighbor. It was quite disruptive during the night. I found the check-in process to be lacking. The reception staff made little effort to acknowledge my presence, which left me feeling undervalued as a guest.

The suite provided a comfortable atmosphere with ample cupboard space, which I appreciated for a four-night business stay. The large walk-in shower in the well-appointed bathroom was excellent. Breakfast on the good patio, with freshly baked croissants and a variety of fruits, was a highlight. The staff, particularly Claude, were helpful with recommendations and insights about Arles.
No significant negatives to report.

Charming ambiance with peaceful courtyards offering good breakfasts. Rooms are spacious with lovely views. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The limited parking and occasional unpleasant odors nearby detracted from the overall experience.
